Roman counsels clients regarding domestic and global trademark issues, including the selection, registration, and enforcement of trademarks in the United States and worldwide. Roman regularly helps individuals and businesses of all sizes evaluate their products, brands, and services to determine the right trademark strategy. He has worked in private practice and as co-counsel to advise companies in trademark and domain name disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

When he isn’t researching trademarks, Roman enjoys playing soccer around Washington, D.C. and watching the Green Bay Packers and Chelsea FC.
